The academics stressed that ""the vision of Saudi Arabia in 2030,"" was not launched only for  putting the Kingdom in the rank of competitive countries globally. They said that what distinguishes this vision is the clear performance standards that are easy to measure and follow up in line with international standards, identifying the responsible authority to follow the performance and publishing the report.
